As of this Monday, it will be illegal for anyone to smoke cigarettes “within 10 feet of outdoor dining areas including restaurant patios, cafes and food courts, and within 40 feet of food kiosks, food carts and mobile food trucks in the City of Los Angeles.” It’s already illegal to smoke in parks and beaches, so this new law basically makes it illegal to smoke anywhere outside...
