I’ve never seen this on a meter before.
I find it ominous.
All the other broken meters around this one read: “FAIL”
I’m used to that… I’m used to failure… but not THIS!
Has the car-owning population gotten so bad that they’ve resorted to a deadly lottery system? Have they given me THE BLACK MARK?
I’m not going to stick around to find out.
I’ll find a small town, settle down....
